Chef de Cuisine Anton Gschwendtner inspires with culinary creativity, combined in a sophisticated manner with classical French cooking: He brings together flavours which bear witness to the influences of the entire world, as well as the very best regional and seasonal products and turns them into works of art on a plate. With light, constantly varying “DÉLiCE individuelle” dishes, we invite you to enjoy these culinary highlights. The focus of the modern French delicacies is on the essential flavours; refined spices and special preparation techniques accentuate the selected products. These are complemented by the sommelier’s exquisite recommendation of wines; he will be delighted to commend one of the very best wines from our international wine list to accompany each course. Menu portions of the regularly changing specialities offer you the opportunity to assemble your completely individual menu choice. Enjoy guinea fowl supreme with ground almond milk, wild Scottish salmon with an avocado cream or seasonal delicacies, such as a variety of different Schrobenhausen asparagus dishes.
Complemented by the “DÉLiCE classique & rôtisserie” dishes, Boeuf Bourguignon or Charolais fillet steak round off the diverse culinary selection. In our own dry-aging cabinet the meat develops its inimitable flavour. Cooked to perfection and flavoured with upmarket spices, the “classics” are a delight for meat lovers.
An exquisite glass of wine is always an essential part of every French meal. In the DÉLiCE la Brasserie, we therefore offer you a special lunch option between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. As our guest, you choose between a specially selected white or red wine, the Vin du Jour, for 19 Euro. With this, we invite for a Plat du Jour dish (dish of the day).
