• Watermelon Gazpacho with Shrimp Ceviche

    A very popular soup from the Mediterranean region is Gazpacho, based on raw vegetables and a tomato base, which is eaten cold. Especially popular in the warmer months you can prepare this summer soup also in different variations – out Tip: A Watermelon Gazpacho with Shrimp Ceviche! It is not only refreshingly delicious but also very easy prepared: You will need the following ingredients:

     

    8 servings

    Gazpacho

    1 small watermelon

    4 tomatoes

    3 stalks of celery

    1/2 bunch of basil

    1 peeled cucumber

    100 ml olive oil

    50 ml red wine vinegar

    Salt, melage noir, piment despelete

    Mix everything together and pass it through a sieve.

     

    Ceviche + Tiger milk (peruvian spiced marinade)

    4 lime juice

    2 chilis

    2 stalks of celery

    1 small piece of ginger

    2 cloves of garlic

    100 ml milk

     

    8 shrimps

    A hand full diced tomatoes and mango

    Mix all ingredients for the tiger milk

    Slightly sale 8 shrimps  two minutes before in order to open the pores. After that, marinade them with the tiger milk (marinade) for about 5 minutes.

    Mix the finished Ceviche with the diced tomatoes and mango and serve it together with the Gazpacho.
